Who is Olivia Datta?

Healthcare consultant passionate about driving operational excellence and sustainable cost savings across hospitals and health systems. I currently serve as a Consultant at Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on performance improvement, turnaround strategy, and supply chain optimization. My work has supported over $7M in non-labor cost reduction and $1M+ in inventory savings through data-driven initiatives, operations optimization and technology enhancements.

I hold an MBA from Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School with a concentration in Healthcare Management and graduated with Honors from the University of Georgia. I’m motivated by the opportunity to improve healthcare delivery through strategic transformation, and I look forward to continuing to grow in the areas of supply chain and enterprise strategy.
